If I can't come to class, can I make it up?

For individual courses, if the student cancels a class in advance pursuant to the Student's Rulebook (which each student receives upon registration) then the cancelled class may be made up at a later date.  On the other hand, group classes at PALI are tailored to meet the needs of the group, and therefore, each class is unique.  For this reason, there is no way of making up such a class.  However, if the students call to excuse themselves, the instuctor can leave copies of the material covered in class that day.  It is very important that you select the days and hours of your course carefuly so that absences are kept to a minimum.
