Our instructors are professionals with academic studies in English as a Second Language, Linguistics, Modern Languages, Education and/or Literature. Candidates who wish to become a part of our team must pass a rigorous selection process.

All candidates must submit their credentials and successfully complete two (2) interviews to assess their personality and teaching ability. The best candidates are then chosen to form part of the existing team of instructors. Before their first assignment, instructors receive an exclusive training from Pan American Language Institute where they learn about the teaching philosophy, curricula and levels of knowledge. Once they have completed this training and begun their courses, instructors receive ongoing supervision to guarantee their best performance.

Our team of educators has ample experience in language teaching and they hail from different areas in the education system: Public Department of Education, Private Schools, Universities and/or Technical Institutes. Moreover, they are bilingual, trilingual or polyglots. This helps them identify the difficulties that students may face when learning a second language.
